Services

Powder coating is often the last step in the production process. This method of painting gives the final product a smooth surface, protects metal surfaces from corrosion, scratches and other damage, and provides a vibrant colour (we offer a full range of RAL colours). It is also a more environmentally friendly alternative compared to traditional painting methods.

Shot blasting effectively removes oxides, paints, oils or other contaminants from metal surfaces, ensuring a clean and smooth surface. By removing sharp edges shot blasting reduces the risk of injury and prepares materials for further production, contributing to the overall product quality, increasing the life cycle and maximum load capacity of parts/products.

Phosphating is used particularly for components made of steel and iron. Elements made of zinc or other non-ferrous metals can also be phosphated. The areas of application of this process are corrosion protection, reduction of wear, adhesion promotion and electrical insulation. Since the phosphate layer produced adheres very well, it is often used as a substrate for coatings.
