Our cooperation workflow
In order to offer our customers high quality surface finishing solutions, we founded Metaltonas in 2019. We started our journey by offering only powder coating services, but over time, as we have improved the quality of our processes and expanded our customer base, we are now able to offer a wide range of services covering all stages of the powder coating cycle and more. We have modern facilities with a convenient conveying system to transport the products during the powder coating stages. We use only European manufacturers' processing materials and tools/equipment. Currently, the following equipment is at our disposal: chemical pre-treatment unit; painting chamber; heating/polymerization chambers with dimensions : L7000xH2000xW1500mm. L7700xH2000xW2000mm.
