The European Union Structural Funds co-finance the project of UAB "Metaltonas" No. 03-005-J-0001-J04 "Investment support for solar power plants on land".
Solar power plants are no longer just a short-term way to reduce your electricity bills. They are a long-term investment.
This project will install a 99.9 KW solar power plant. This investment will help ensure the company's competitiveness by significantly reducing electricity costs, contributing to the optimization of operating costs, while increasing business sustainability and resilience to energy market fluctuations.
Clean energy is part of our long-term strategy. Such projects allow us to ensure a lower environmental impact while increasing the efficiency of our operations. This is a direction we will consistently follow in the future.
The new solar power plant project is being implemented under the joint project "Investment support for onshore solar power plants". It has been allocated support of up to 37,532.13 euros. The project is administered by the Lithuanian Energy Agency, and the financing is allocated under the economic recovery plan "New Generation Lithuania", financed from the European Union's "NextGenerationEU" funds. The project starts on 3 December 2025 and ends on 31 January 2026.
